Chester Gavarrete, Sr., Founder

Chester Sr. founded West Valley Structural Corp. in 1989 in order to provide the Bay Area with professional home and termite inspections. Chester Sr. takes pride in offering friendly customer service alongside expert inspections, treatments, and repairs.

Chester Gavarrete, Jr., Partner

Chester Jr. is the second-generation business owner and proud partner with his father. Working together closely, with his own education and certifications, Chester Jr. has also learned from his father’s 35 years of construction and engineering experience. Having been raised around buildings, construction, foundations, repairs, and inspections, Chester Jr. loves working around homes. It’s important to him that the entire staff also appreciates homes and understands even the most uncommon issues. He feels lucky to inspect all types of homes from the oldest to the newest, from the smallest to the largest, and to help customers with any needs that fall into the scope of their business.
