For over 30 years, West Valley Structural Corp. has been serving the San Francisco Bay area with quality home inspections, property inspections, and termite inspections. Chester Gavarrete, Sr. started his company in 1989 and was eventually joined by his son, Chester Gavarrete, Jr., and his wife Jamie. It was a natural fit for Chester Jr. after spending his childhood closely watching and learning the love of homes, repairs, construction, and inspections from his father. We take pride in offering friendly customer service and our business is primarily based on referrals.
